Yes. Upgrade is instant. Downgrade preserves all your data — items beyond the Free cap are locked (not deleted) and come right back when you upgrade.

Yes. Pause orders with a single tap — useful when you're at capacity, on holiday, or preparing for a new collection. You can also set working hours per day of the week so your store automatically stops accepting orders outside your schedule.

Yes. Every item supports options like size, flavour, or colour, plus optional or required add-ons with separate pricing.

Yes. Create unlimited categories on any plan and add items to them. Categories appear as tabs or a side list in your storefront depending on the theme.

The Pro plan supports discounts at the item level, a full category, or the entire store. The Free plan supports basic discounts.

When a customer taps "Place order", they're sent directly to a WhatsApp conversation with you — with a neatly formatted summary including the item list, options, and pickup or delivery details. No extra app needed for you or your customer.

Yes. The dashboard shows all orders with their status (new, in progress, completed, cancelled) and you can update the status in a few taps.

Communication currently happens over WhatsApp. Automated customer-facing status updates are on the roadmap.

Yes. You can set a flat delivery fee that appears in the order summary before checkout. Variable delivery fees by zone are on the roadmap.

Yes. You can enable pickup, delivery, or both depending on your business. For service businesses like salons, you can offer "home visit" and "in-store" options.

Yes, on the Pro plan. You can set each service's duration, assign team members, and manage availability based on working hours.

Yes. On the Pro plan you can add team members, set their working hours per day of the week, and link each service to one or more members. Customers see availability per team member.

Yes. The customer sees available slots and picks one directly in the storefront, then the booking is confirmed over WhatsApp.

Upfront deposit collection at booking is on the roadmap. Currently, payment arrangements happen over WhatsApp.

Yes, on the Pro plan. Each team member has their name, specialisation, working hours, and the services they offer.

Currently the Listah account is centralised for the business owner. Independent access for team members is on the roadmap.

The Pro plan has no hard cap. Reach out if you have a large team and we'll handle it personally.

Yes. Every Listah storefront is mobile-first and loads fast, with a great experience on desktop too.

Yes. Several ready themes are available, and on the Pro plan you can pick a custom accent colour and access premium themes including a dark mode.

Your Listah link is standalone and can be added to your Instagram bio, WhatsApp Business profile, or any site. It complements your existing presence rather than replacing it.

Yes. Both the Listah interface and your storefront support Arabic and English with full right-to-left text direction.
